LS4 series closed four-point single-acting (multi-link) mechanical press

This series of presses are multi-link mechanical presses. The fuselage adopts a steel plate welded combined frame structure. Computer optimized design and finite element analysis are used to ensure various performance requirements such as the strength, rigidity and accuracy of the fuselage. The system uses a multi-link transmission mechanism (eight or six rods). The rod system is optimized by CAD. The high-speed gears are driven by herringbone gears. The low-speed gears are driven by straight-tooth hard-tooth surface. The slider is guided by an eight-sided right-angle super-long guide rail. It adopts a special clutch and brake, imported hydraulic overload protection device, automatic thin oil circulation lubrication system, imported PLC control system, touch screen, electronic cam and mechanical cam dual circuit control. The multi-link transmission makes the slider move in the working section (workpiece forming section), which has a slow and stable speed characteristic, which is conducive to improving the quality of deep drawn molded parts. Due to the delay of the working angle, the impact between molds is reduced. To improve the service life of the mold, it is mainly applicable to the deep drawing and other processes of wide plates and large plates. It is widely used in automobiles, tractors, aviation, household appliances, motors, rolling stock, ships and other industries. Air cushion or hydraulic air cushion and photoelectric type personal safety protection device can also be replaced or added other functional components.
